its asking for relays, but the domains are invalid. how do i get the relay web socket address?

You don't actually have to add the relays if you don't want to, that's just an optional addition.
If you've already submitted your NPUB, all you have to do is put [yoursnusername]@stacker.news under the NIP-05 verification field on whichever Nostr client you choose to use.
