A race hustling grifter is someone who's entire being revolves around racial division. A race hustling grifter eats breathes and sleeps racial tension. And a race hustling grifter always blames some 'other' for their inadequecies, short comings, and/or failures. And a race hustling grifter, while being the true racist, is quick to call anyone a racist whenever it suits his or her needs.
