Making it private, decentralised, and interoperable - much less so

We have rebuilt SIGit using state machines and will soon release a CLI (interoperable with the website) and a core library (enabling other apps to embed SIGit logic)

Yes, sigit.io already has this for 1 year now, OTS collected for create + sign events

This doesn't work for offline flow (obviously)
