I drink warm water with lemon juice and salts (KCl, NaCl, Mg-citrate). It does not taste great, but those minerals get depleted quickly in the first day, so supplementing compensates for that.
Okay. Have you done this before for this short period of time? I'm asking because I only have experience with longer periods of fasting, at least 1 week or more, and I'm wondering how your digestive mechanism and the reactivation of bile, for example, cope with this?
