Even the penalty for riding motorcycles in forbidden lanes is an execution, however, if the ruler has not forced it regularly then it is not worth anything to have this penalty and We will see motorcycles on forbidden lanes forever.

It is bicycle lane but most of motorcycles prefer to use it because they have low-time preference (An U-Turn is so far & High gasoline price) thus do not want to do the right driving law
