Do the positive benefits clearly show in cultures that have a habit of fasting? As in, less cancer for example?
The percentage of people fasting is very low even in Muslim countries as per my knowledge.
I have seen examples of people in my family, never missed Ramadan fasting and lived disease free 85 years plus age. Not even blood pressure or diabetes.
The idea is to not eat junk food at all, eat at the same time daily, two meals a day and physical activity everyday.
Yeah, makes sense. I started intermittent fasting years ago and feel much more balanced energy wise.
