Ill just chose a plant, and start searching the internet.

I tend to avoid the mainstream stuff, and Ill look for university studies (UC Davis comes up alot), ill look for what the Native Americans had to say about the plant, and ill also look at what the woo woo new agers have to say, and kinda formulate a general idea.
