how do you decide what is truth in “a blockchain”? investigate the incentives, the multiple adversarial parties competing to achieve consensus. analyze the signatures of these parties with whatever software you choose, multi-source perspective on block height/weight to decide which blockchain you choose to believe things about.

fine if most people don’t have the time to do this, but that fact that it’s possible is what’s important, imo
