RealDoll has been trying to do it for like a decade. They looked promising, and raised a lot in private equity. $50k minimum. Still little progress.

A combination of doll + VR is cheaper and more competitive.

Also, you don't need an AI (neural net) for movement, it just needs to be able to switch positions seamlessly like a normal human hoe.
