The most important lesson I've learned during my #Bitcoin journey so far is:

Don't trust. Verify.

Don't take people at face value. Don't trust what they say, watch what they do.

Before going down the rabbit hole, I was naive and too quick to trust. As "educated" as I was, I didn't flex my critical thinking skills enough.

Now I (at least try to) take everything with a grain of salt. Take in information, but try to withhold judgement until more time passes and more information comes in to confirm or deny my thesis.
