Follow the property lines most of the time.
The property lines don't follow the directionals. it drifts about 15 ft N of the E-W line on the left side of the pic.

Well damn.
The whole 25 acres is shaped like tomahawk chop with our road out and it sits at an angle because of the way it was subdivided. The garden is in one corner of the property.
