It'll replace the garbage that passes for cinema these days thats for sure, but it will never even scrape the underside of works of real human genius.
It's just a new tool, human genius will use it to make stuff you can't imagine because they will be unburdened from the costs of doing business that current studios pay.
Looks good. The human actors made cinema will finally have better value after AI generated will flood the world.
Costs of producing stuff will come way down, but so will wages for the majority of people - We are sliding along a razorblade edge between dystopia and utopia and the people running the world really don't want to give up any control...
