Done with double kettlebells. 2 cleans, 1 strict press, 3 squats without putting them down = 1 rep. You can set them down between sets but not between reps.
Pick a weight around your 5rm for a single set for the strict press. Do a 15 to 20 minute amrap.
If heavy, single rep sets. If a little light 2 or 3 rep sets. If I'm really kicking ass that day and they feel a little light, I'll throw in a few snatches instead of the cleans. Beware the double snatch, deceptively hard.
