For me I think by never stopping and never losing the momentum.

Once you “learn” to really be authentic in life, it feels so fucking amazing that you can easily resist external pressure (who the hell wants to give up this feeling of pure peace and ecstasy?! and for what? To be like you, who are clearly not happy?).

But sometimes I lose the momentum (can’t do the activities that fuel me, I get isolated from like minded ppl, an event in my life throws me off), lose that feeling of authenticity, and when I try to get it back I am weak initially to external pressure, takes me a while to get back on top.

I guess I need to improve in consistency.

What’s yours?

For me, it’s about embracing the ebb and flow. Authenticity isn’t a straight road—it’s a cycle. Sometimes you’re on fire, sometimes you’re lost in the fog. The key is trusting that the fire always comes back if you keep moving. The world will try to shake you, but the real ones know: momentum isn’t about never falling, it’s about always getting back up. 🫶😉🏴‍☠️
