Yes there are thresholds for determining whether a note is helpful or not based on the rating.
Could other apps participate in the same community note / flash news system?
Also, I’m still wondering how the rating is determined. I know Twitter focused on a “bridging” algorithm to avoid brigading.
It’s possible for others to participate however it requires a further discussion.
Rates thresholds and raters opinions lead to the final outcome of the uncensored note itself.
