I recently opened a lightning channel in the nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 mobile app. I don’t have any inbound liquidity yet, which makes sense.

But whenever I try to send a payment to another lightning address, it spins for a while and then times out.

Any suggestions?

Do you have express graph sync enabled?

Are you paying to a ZEUS Pay Lightning address?

Express graphic sync is enabled. I’m just testing things out, but I’ve sent payments to a Strike wallet and Fedi with no luck.

Can you post a screenshot of your Network Info view under Settings?

Yes, posted. thanks for looking into this.

Can you try resetting Express Graph Sync under Embedded Node settings and restarting the app?

I just tried that, payments are still timing out.

Under Pathfinding settings under advanced there’s the ability to reset the payment profile. Press that button.

I pressed that button. The issue is still persisting.

Is your channel with Olympus?

Is it only Lightning address payments that time out?

Lastly, does an invoice load when paying to a Lightning address or does it have issues fetching an invoice?

The invoice loads showing the correct amount, but then it seems like it can’t find a route and times out.

Are other, non Lightning address, payments affected?

On-chain transactions seem to work fine. I sent one to fund the lightning channel, and another one just now that both went through.

What about other Lightning payments?

I haven’t gotten any lightning payments to go through. I’ve tried sending from Zeus to Strike and Fedi. I did get one sent to my Zeus username@zeuspay.com but couldn’t redeem it because I have no inbound liquidity.

Are you running with battery saver enabled on your phone?

No, haven’t had battery saver on. I’m stumped.

please update me with progress/ t-y

Last thing you can try is compacting the database under advanced settings then resetting the graph sync again.

@ ZEUS what's your use case looking like lately? any notable changes?

This last thing seems like it did the trick! Hopefully that solves it.

I did these last 2 things one at a time and FINALLY a payment went through. Hopefully that solved it!Thanks for all your help troubleshooting!

You’re welcome. Appreciate your patience.

Thanks for this thread! I had to do those last two steps too. Cycle them on and off and then it worked.
