Is there a way to use your home relay (@start9) to preload notes via tor as a cache to pull from if you're on wifi?

Or even a way to cache profile thumbnails and names? It'd be cool if , when on wifi, my phone didn't spend cycles fetching that data and then would purge daily or weekly. Then when loading an app, the client would focus on pulling images and videos in my feed? Maybe vice versa would be faster, ie cache images and videos but if you're caching those, might as well cache the whole note.
