I would make the trending algo less shit;)
For a start, nothing mentioning bitcoin or bitcoin phrases gets on.
No bitcointwitterfluencers. 'Trending' should take into account something like follower counts:likes as some sort of factor to determine if a post is actually 'trending' or it's just a larger follower account getting ready receipts. (Ironically primal actually contributes to the large follower account numbers by recommending them lol, it's a stupid feedback loop).
It's totally shit to show people as a client unless they want bitcointwitter2 (some people so actually want this, but most people in the world will be rightly put off by it).
It also doesn't respect users' muted accounts, which still show up on the sidebar of btcringe. (I actually don't know if this has changed, this is how it used to behave, and I've pretty much stopped using it).
You shouldn't. The whole thing is stupid.
