Skillet Pizza and yes it is keto.

Laid down a base of cooked Italian sausage crumble. Then a couple tbs of Raos sauce. Then a layer of Italian cheese blend. Now the toppings, pepperoni, Spanish Chorizo, green peppers, roasted red peppers, black olives, pickled garlic, serano ham.

Then into the hot box at 400 for about 16 minutes. Let cool, top with fresh basil and dig in. I see a whole show on Keto Skillets coming next week or the following week.

First pic is pre oven second post oven. Yum. Also my lunch can beat up your lunch.

Your episodes about old-style cast irons was great. I just got a 1930s #7 off of eBay and it’s soo much better than my Lodge one.
