What about birria tacos? A dip able taco made with pulled beef cooked in a a seasoned broth and then you make tacos with it and then you dip it in the juice that the meat was cooked in?

Typically made with corn shells fried in a little bit of the broth you grill up some cheese on a flat top get it nice and crispy put the soft side on the corn shell flip it over put the meat inside of it and whatever else you would like and then dip it in the juice
