It’s probably a spam filter issue. Had a minor issue setting up a new acct recently and it came down to them having certain policies that keep their domains out of big spam filters. They need to keep their service useful on the broader internet… it’s no good for anyone if anything from a @proton.me gets put into a junk folder on all other email service providers
