Yes to both of those. I don’t suppose you know how I can build a mesh net so I can bypass my ISP?

Thanks, they sound like interesting options, I already use Tor and a VPN. I’m just trying to prepare for when you can your robot friends take over the ISPs and try to ban humans from the internet.
