You can own one, legally, it's just really, really expensive.

You can also own a de-milled bazooka or a replica for a reasonable amount of money.

Not a bazooka. Currently, you can grab stls and 3D print 37mm ordnance, which is legal and doesn't require any extra nonsense.

I suppose you could 3D print a bazooka if you had a large enough metal 3D printer, but that's really expensive.
