While I haven't taught officially like this before, the method that has worked best for me is to meet people where they're at. Meaning; on the first class, have them tell you what all their current views on Bitcoin are. Maybe you have a more advanced bunch and can skip some intro things. Maybe they know nothing. But poll them and see. Whatever their gripes or rebuttals are, makes those into lessons
