It's a lot of different things. Mostly, it's camping in places that are unusual or illegal whether by necessity or by will. This can take the flavor of sleeping under a tarp in a roundabout to sleeping in a vehicle converted into a camper in a random neighborhood with less likely hours of the vehicle being towed.
