Nothing inherently wrong with bread. However, the bread commonly eaten in the US is made from some GMO Frankenfood wheat with unbearable levels of gluten and drenched in glyphosate thanks to government subsidies for monocrop-farming.
Look into Einkorn. It’s the OG wheat. The fermentation process of sourdough is what makes typical bread in the US edible. Sourdough from einkorn is next level.
