F2F volume is mostly through trusted peers. Anonymous F2F over Bisq is not the norm.

I even suggested to a F2F Counterparty to use Bisq and they refused since the on-chain footprint is obvious, which is a fair critique.

Bisq being expensive is a myth. The weighted monthly premium in 2024 was lower than your favorite exchange's "no fee" price spread.
