Ngit repo list
Would be nice to be able to click on a gitworkshop.dev profile or an npub and see all of their ngit repos, as a list.

commit 63c74cb9a42ea0a9483c93ddb24602ee167b0bf0 adds a profile page that shows a profile card and the repositories the user owns.
