Well if it doesmt work and you just want out and move to costa rica, theres now a group doing escrow services for btc. Drop btc in. Seller gets cuck bucks. No distressed propertoes here in this boom though but the odd nice bit of farm land comrs up if looking for an escape!
Maybe he's just trying to unload his real estate bags on Bitcoiners. Bitcoin is the hurdle rate, if you're generating less, you're wasting your family's energy.
