in theory ive just made more money in 20 mins that it would take me in 6 months... real estate is the worst career in the world yet the most financially rewarding if you have morals and ethics. 99% of agents in South Africa don't which causes issues for the small percent of us.
I really need BTC to break 90k and then my issues for the next 3 months will be sorted... say something stupid DJT or DeepSeek 2.0...

Honestly, need to take your cash, and Bitcoin, etc.
And put it into assets, or Businesses that generate cash flow for you like stocks, or a little side hustle.
Don't rely on one income method, money should be coming from everywhere.
Trust me - I don’t share half of what happens.. my point of the note was that one can work for 4-5 months and do a deal on the phone and make the same amount of fiat..
Real estate is the best way to make money in South Africa but the people you interact with are scum of the earth..

Main reason I avoid sales personally, I would starve since I’m not a charismatic person with any sway, or charm 😅.

That’s where I’m different.. I’m honest and people are shocked when that is the case!
I believe you man, I think honest people build better reputations in my opinion.
People who tell it as it is, and will give the people the facts, instead of lying for a quick profit.
