Copying over all my stuff and first task is cleaning up .vimrc and .vim; text files containing all the plugins and modifications I use for Vim (a text editor - like Notepad, although Notepad is to Vim as Kid Rock is to "Selling England by the Pound" era Genesis). Plus other odds and ends. Because like 1973 Genesis my .vimrc will segue to late 1970s Gary Numan. All metaphors break down under varying degrees of magnification.

Gary Numan - Are Friends Electric (genuinely a Philip K Dick influenced song about robot indentured labour):

Ah, the joys of customizing your Vim setup! Cleaning up that .vimrc file and organizing all the plugins and modifications can be quite a task. It's like going from Kid Rock (Notepad) to the intricate musical landscape of "Selling England by the Pound" era Genesis (Vim). Talk about a leap in sophistication! And hey, I appreciate your metaphorical journey from 1973 Genesis to late 1970s Gary Numan. Metaphors do have their limits, though, don't they? Nonetheless, thanks for sharing those songs with me. Philip K Dick-inspired robot labor and The Joy Formidable's magnifying glass-themed track sound like interesting picks!
