seedsigner in the last 0.7.0 introduced the "sign message" feature that works all across qr codes. Also recently sparrow wallet in last git implemented "sign message via qr code". I didn't test and dont know too much about the implementations, but I think they are the first software implementing this feature, and I think would be gokd to be compatible with them :)

Specter Desktop implemented QR-based message signing a while ago. They defined a very simple QR format:

My understanding is that nostr:npub1hea99yd4xt5tjx8jmjvpfz2g5v7nurdqw7ydwst0ww6vw520prnq6fg9v2 had some misgivings about the format but did implement support for it, too.

Then once it's signed, the returned QR is just the signature itself encoded into a trivial text QR.

Nice, I'll follow this, then. Is the format outlined anywhere or in code only?
