there is no reason to believe a single thing that comes out of a bitcoin maximalist's mouth about the privacy of the lightning network when not a single DNM has adopted the lightning network.

their job isn't to convince you or me that lightning is sufficiently private. their job is to convince darknet market administrators. and they have totally failed.
