Yes, these are individuals, sometimes joined in small groups. This is the exception that is not talked about anywhere and most people don't know they exist.

Without them, the whole world system would have been in the toilet long ago.

I'm not talking about politicians and the like 😂 I'm talking about the ones who are trying to create what you might call engineers . But no matters who is who

Like in the Alien universe? Anyways, I'm not necessarily talking about politicians either. They have a different grift (legitimacy build on democracy expands their franchise) that synergizes with the financial grift of debt, but isn't the same. Both kinds of grift are just tools for the transhumanist globalist bug pushers.
