We are supporting freedom and private property.

In other words it's basic non aggression principle, including when violence is coming from the State.

Real selfishness is when people are so sure of being right that they consider forcing others to think and act like they do by using violence.

Environmental issues should be arbitrated by courts hearing owners arguments about how their property has been degraded by the acting of the other party.

Agreed. But who can run these courts and ensure their judgement? State and police.

There is always a trade-off to make between personal freedom and requirements to define and follow common rules.

Courts and police can and should be private entities obviously. Their aren’t any reason for these particular services to not exist into a free market.

Private courts already exists and it works, and their are also already more private security agents in the world than policemen.

Private courts or police? Like in Robocop 😝? funded by who? working for who? Elon Musk and other billionaires?

If you think funded by people, this is already what they are and what taxes are for.

Of course. Working for those who pay them because they need them. It's a service as any other. If you don't provide the service well you go bankrupt.

Now they are funded by theft from a mafia, the State, running for itself more than for the people it's supposed to defend, and without any competitor allowed to step in. How convenient it is.

Try to not pay your tax for the justice system or the police and you'll find out that it's indeed obviously theft from a violent entity.
