First order of business is that the raid scout is still running. Will give proper rundown on adventures in the dip later but basically accumulated through the dip and is back spitting sats.

Still no takers so bounty goes up.

The bounty is now 30k. 750sats per harasser. PePe is done accumulation and running again so kicking 10k in the fund.

will see another 10k here from rune shortly. im gonna get this up to 100k (25k per harasser or more harassers if we have bumper crop.) since thats what was gonna give devs. This is more important today. sorry devs.
