Same thing happens to me. Someone else mentioned it yesterday as well but I forget who it was.
Not all. But I cannot pin it down what's different with the buggy ones.

This is the note. But strangely, it works currently. Maybe it's only if it alerts in a certain situation... Like mentioned inside a note or boosted or something?
