Yeah Its a good phone.

I give it a B

A lot of software that requires google location services or has abusive spyware in it so this phone wont let you install those.

I was prepared to go dumb phone but I REALLY wanted a good camera so this was a great tradeoff.

In addition to call/text, I just want:

(Works great listed below)

Camera (fantastic quality)

Music/Podcast player (spotify / fountain)

Bluetooth (perfect)

Basic browsing (brave/duckduckgo)

Calendar app (proton suite)

Email (proton suite)

Nostr (primal / amethyst)

Cons:

-Some software isn’t available (thats a tradeoff I’m okay with)

-Navigation- Mapquest sucks but it works.

I have been waiting over a year for Unplugged to get on Verizon. I keep asking them and the keep saying its coming but so far it hasn't.

I use Verizon.

How do you get it to work, I just checked the site and they still state its not available.

https://support.unplugged.com/en/?q=verizon

So I ordered the phone and intended to switch carriers.

I could care less who I’m with.

I put the sim in and it worked immediately.

I need verizon for coverage reasons.

So you just popped in your sim from your verizon phone and popped it in the unplugged phone and it works as intended?

It works just fine
