It’s just sad and giving these people more resources really just enables them to continue to live like this.
No way to be.
If I don't pay taxes, the IRS and State govt will hunt me to the ends of the earth.
Yet, people sell fent to an entire city and "we can't find them, sorry".
Also if I even unholster or even show my concealed weapon to a drug dealer who just did the same to me, then *I'm* the criminal and the police can magically find me in a heartbeat.
I need more #bitcoin to bribe someone more than the drug dealers, apparently.
Some billionaire put high quality cameras all over downtown SF, but no we can't find the drug dealers.
