Pitmaston pineapple old English variety of #apple from 1780 that tastes similar to pineapple 🍍.

Sadly the pineapple flavour doesn't come through when fermented into #cider but I need some more juice to top up the barrel and it should go well with the Herefordshire redstreak, Yarlington mill, foxwhelp and other cider apple juice already in there...

Woh...what a cool apple. You should ship cuttings or seed for sats!

I would buy either.

Happy to post you some seeds don't think Scion wood would make to the states. That being said it's so old you might be able to find it somewhere there already. I was surprised to find you can get some perry pear varieties which people bought in a long time ago from the U.K.

Just "searched it up" and yeah, there are trees available in the states.

But, for fun, for posterity, and for shits and giggles I would gladly pay for some seed.

If you are up for the effort, shoot me a dm, with quantity you can ship and costs for the seed, time, and shipping and I can send you the sats.

I will keep an eye out for some more interesting seeds and let you know
