I still take allergy meds occasionally, but nowhere near as much as I used to. Like a pressurized neti pot.

I have not. It is really a combination of a lot of things. I am pretty much down to 1 "herbal supplement" and no pharmaceutical meds. The less I took the less my body told me I needed them. rarely even need to take an Advil or Asprin anymore.
