I've been using one of these for my space heater for about a year. Setup is a little involved, but I was able to figure it out.

Ah! That's exactly what I would want to use instead of having to pay for another monthly service.

I'm guessing that it really wants to use the craptastic WPS pairing?

I'm not sure what WPS pairing is, but the included config software was indeed craptastic.

Y'know what, I was able to set this thing up by accessing it through the IP address. It's been a while, but it's coming back.

I downloaded the manual and it shows how to do that. I ordered one and it should arrive tomorrow. 😁
