Pretty quick and easy dish.

Sear a coupla steaks in a stainless pan.

Pull em when they’re done.

Dump most of the fat out - add a sliced onion and sauté for a hot minute.

add a decent splash of worcestershire sauce and an equal splash meat stock plus one slab of butter.

Give it a swirl - until it comes together into an emulsified liquid.

Dump it over the sliced steak.

Enjoy.

You could take a done of current (receive high amount of zaps) if you made a simple nostr-only cook(note)book

I take credit for the idea, you get the zaps

I am just beginning to understand the glories of Worcestershire sauce
