If so then... you might need some patience. It is not yet a solid service, and the chances of delays or partial cancellation are quite high. Definitely leave a couple of hours spare after its scheduled arrival.
London -> Paris -> Milan -> Venice requires 3 changes, but each individual leg of the journey works quite well.
