Had some trouble focusing on what really matters to me—creating!
Think I solved it.
My new routine: 1) Wake up, no alarm.
2) Take a 30-45min morning walk, WITHOUT a phone or electronics.
3) Work creatively, phone on airplane mode, NO communication (like email/phone/SoMe) or consumption (scrolling/Youtube other than research) until 12 a’clock.
Then I start the day as I used to with breakfast (lunch), people and stuff. This have put me into flow every day now for 4 days and I feel so much better knowing I do the work. 😎
