The bull marked hasn't even started yet. The one's survived the bear will reap the benefits. The new will reap some of it, although they still got time to conform. I dont think the next bull will be the one who separate the believers from the false. BUT I believe the next next halvening wil be the last chance for anyone to become the elite wealth class of the world. The volatility will wash the the unworthy away.
