I refer you to the leaked documents previously mentioned. This is different than that. Although, I do think that was the strategy. The cold war crippled the USSR. The ruble has never been healthier, and Russian oil flows through third parties.

Ukrainians have already lost, and so have the Russians. But Their governments do not care it's just money in their pockets. After all, war is the health of the State. In this case it's a win win.

Ukraine won’t win this. It’s determined the moment the war started. The leak docs also said Ukraine is losing men at the rate of 7 to 1. It’s almost summer and the fact the so called counter offensive didn’t happen says it all.
Maybe next time actually look at the evidence.. the 7 to 1 number is a hilariously bad fake. But I doubt any evidence could sway your conviction.
