Marie, I can’t find the thread for some reason, but wanted to ask how the dietary battle with your son is going? I have since had a thought, I didn’t allow my children to be picky. I did the cooking and what I cooked was dinner, if they didn’t like it then they were going to bed hungry. Grumbles, sure, they only left the table once or twice. 😄
Yeah I understand that, my mom did the same to us as kids.
We’ve had a lengthy discussion and he is willing to try newer foods and he states he prefers to eat more than try any protein shakes at this time.
He has even started to research new recipes that are high in protein and cook them himself which is great. I am watching this closely and seeing how he goes.
