MAGA literally stole the word “woke” and changed the entire meaning of it and young black men fell for it hook line and sinker.
“Stay woke” was nothing more than a phrase black people used to remind each other to stay vigilant.
Republicans rebranded “woke” to mean that you’re gay or trans. They were so effective that black men put away their stay woke gear and decided to vote for a known racist, convicted sex offender, convicted felon so people didn’t think that they were gay.

Yes this is true but the left also contributed to this as well. I think right around when Dave chapelle got canceled is about when the dems made woke a parody of itself, and they paid the price.
Dave Chapelle never got cancelled. That’s another completely fake thing MAGA made up. Cancel Culture wasn’t real. Guys that couldn’t get work for 20 years went out on twitter said a bunch of real stupid shit and then pretended that they were canceled because of it. Give me one example of someone that actually got canceled.
In the prepper community, we were using woke a decade ago to describe people who were awake to the risks in the world and starting to think about prepping.
