Yes, that is true, probably it there is an equivalent effort from the other side, maybe not with physical atraction but with status and achivement.๐ค
There is always someone more sucessfull, more handsome, etc... Maybe that is why traditional social institutions seems to raise as much as possible the cost of breaking the couple.
